Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Win Lunch for a Month ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in NSW local time.
ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Subject to condition 1.2, this Promotion is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Mirvac Group or any of the tenants or retailers in the Participating Centre, or any of the Promoter's agencies that area associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to participate in the Promoter's promotions.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
2.1 This Promotion commences 9:00am on 14 January 2026 and ends at the Participating Centre at 11:30pm on 31 January 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. PARTICIPATING CENTRE
3.1 The Promotion will be conducted at Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre, 36 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (ABN 70 002 561 640) ("Participating Centre").
3.2 "Participating Retailers" means any store within Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
(a) Download the Greenwood Plaza app (Greencard App) via App Store or Google Play;
(b) Make purchases at any of the Participating Retailers at the Participating Centre and scan the store's QR code to earn points;
(c) Accumulate a minimum of 5 points in their Greencard App account;
(d) Complete their Greencard App profile, including providing their full name, valid email address, and contact phone number;
(e) Navigate to the WIN tab in the Greencard App and submit their entry.
4.2 Each entrant may only enter once during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4.3 Entry is free once the minimum point requirement is met. Points can be earned before or during the Promotion Period.
5. PRIZE
5.1 There will be one (1) winner.
5.2 The prize consists of one (1) Greenwood Plaza Gift Card valued at $400 (four hundred dollars) ("Prize").
5.3 The total prize pool is $400.
5.4 The Prize is intended to provide the winner with lunch for approximately one month, based on average lunch spending.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
6.1 The draw will take place at Greenwood Plaza Centre Management, 36 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 2:00pm on 3 February 2026.
6.2 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.3 The Promoter will notify the winner via email to the email address registered in their Greencard App account within two (2) business days of the draw.
6.4 The winner's first name and suburb will be published in the "What's On" section of the Greencard App within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.5 If the winner does not respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the email being sent, or if the winner is unable to be contacted, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. A redraw will be conducted at the same location at 2:00pm on 14 February 2026, and the process outlined in conditions 6.3 to 6.4 will be repeated.
6.6 The winner must provide valid identification and proof of Greencard App account ownership to claim the Prize.
7. PRIZE COLLECTION
7.1 The Prize must be collected in person from Greenwood Plaza Centre Management, 36 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) within thirty (30) days of winner notification.
7.2 The Prize will not be mailed or delivered. If the Prize is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve winner at the Promoter's discretion.
8. GENERAL
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8.2 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8.3 The provision of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual gift and service providers.
8.4 If a prize is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
8.5 Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
8.6 If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
8.7 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
9.2 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
10. PRIVACY
10.1 The Promoter may need to collect personal information about each entrant in order to conduct the Promotion and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required to the regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information.
10.2 If the entrant opts in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10.3 Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.4 Upon the entrant's request, information provided will be removed from the Promoter's active marketing database. To request details to be removed, please go to http://mirvac-retail.myopensign.com/unsubscribe or write to the Marketing Manager, Greenwood Plaza Centre Management, 36 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10.6 All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

11. PROMOTER DETAILS
11.1 The "Promoter" is Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 65 003 342 452) of Level 28, 200 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, trading as Greenwood Plaza at 36 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, telephone 02 9006 3200.
11.2 "Mirvac Group" means the Promoter, each of the Promoter's related bodies corporate, each person with whom the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate is in joint venture or partnership, and each entity, trust, partnership or fiduciary arrangement (including each managed investment scheme) of any nature of which the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate has been, is or becomes, the trustee, manager or responsible entity.
