Terms and Conditions
1. LOYALTY APPLICATION
1.1 These official terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to the loyalty application conducted by Greenwood Plaza (Loyalty App Manager).
1.2 Information on how to enter or use the Loyalty App and Loyalty Programs forms part of these T&C’s. The Loyalty App Manager may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these T&Cs.
1.3 Downloading the Loyalty App and joining the Loyalty Program is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs by Members and Participating Retailers including any changes made by the Loyalty App Manager.
1.4 As a customer of the loyalty app, you may be rewarded for your loyalty when you participate in:-
(a) the Rewards Program;
(b) Deals; and/or
(c) Competitions;
(together called the Loyalty Programs).
2. SIGN UP/DOWNLOADING OF THE LOYALTY APP
2.1 The loyalty application is free for customers or participating retailers to download from either Apple’s app store or Google play (Loyalty App).
2.2 The Loyalty Programs are free to access and are available on the Loyalty App.
2.3 Any person over the age of 17 years is eligible to download the Loyalty App and participate in the Loyalty Programs (and so be a Member).
2.4 Any retailer is free to download the Loyalty App and participate in the Loyalty Programs (and so be a Participating Retailer).
2.5 A Member will be required to provide personal information including their full name, suburb of residence, email address, telephone number, date of birth.
2.6 By downloading, signing up to or using the Loyalty App, Members acknowledge that they have read and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Mirvac Group Privacy Policy.
2.7 A Participating Retailer will be required to provide details about their business, trade name and contact details.
3. EARNING POINTS THROUGH THE REWARDS PROGRAM
3.1 A Point is a form of currency used in the Loyalty Program to track a Member’s progress. Points may only be earned by a Member by complying with the T&Cs. Points can not be purchased, transferred or exchanged for cash. Points are a unit of measurement only and are allocated at the sole discretion of the Loyalty App Manager.
3.2 Members can earn Points through the rewards program (Rewards Program) by:
(a) making a specified purchase at a Participating Retailer (Buy/Scan) – the Points earned are limited to one Eligible Transaction per day;
(b) completing a specified task – the points earned are limited to completion of that individual task on one occasion;
(c) checking in with a beacon in the Centre – the points earned are limited to one check in at the Centre per day; and
(d) earning Points for special events – the points earned are limited to the special event or occasion only,
all the above tasks are found in the “EARN” area of the Loyalty App. Points earned by a Member through the Rewards Program are held in the Member’s account in the Loyalty App.
3.3 An Eligible Transaction is a purchase at a Participating Retailer of any goods or services, but these must not be:
(a) Tobacco Products; or
(b) Gaming Products; or
(c) deposits into banks, building societies or other financial institutions or payments on account of insurances and the like; or
(d) medical services including eye examinations, and prescriptions;
(e) rental payments and real estate commissions; or
(f) payments for registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), payments for utilities (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), rates and subscriptions (e.g. ambulance subscriptions) and lay-by payments.
3.4 A Gift Card is a card that is exchangeable for goods and services from a Participating Retailer.
3.5 A Tobacco Product includes:
(a) tobacco (in any form); or
(b) any product (for example a cigar or cigarette): (i) that contains tobacco as its main or a substantial ingredient; and (ii) that is designed or intended for human consumption or use; and (iii) that is not included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods maintained under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth); or
(c) a cigarette paper, cigarette roller or pipe.
3.6. A Gaming Product includes:
(a) a lottery ticket under the Lotteries Act 1997 (Qld);
(b) a ticket in a game of lucky envelopes or a promotional game that is scratched to reveal numbers, letters or symbols that may entitle the player of that game to a prize; or
(c) a voucher or under acknowledgement for playing: (i) a game under the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld); (ii) a gaming machine under the Gaming Machine Act 1991 (Qld) or (iii) an approved keno game under the Keno Act 1996 (Qld);
(d) a ticket or other acknowledgement for a bet under the Wagering Act 1998 (Qld).
3.7 There is no monetary minimum or maximum limit prescribed for an Eligible Transaction made through the Rewards Program.
3.8 A Member earns:
(a) The Specified Points for each Eligible Transaction made at a Specialty Retailer; and
(b) The Specified Points for each Eligible Transaction made at a Major Retailer.
3.9 The Member will be permitted to scan a unique quick response code in the form of a 2 dimensional barcode (QR Code) assigned to a Participating Retailer and, by doing so, earn Points at the time they Buy/Scan.
3.10 Other ways that Members may earn Points include carrying out any of the following the prompts on the Loyalty App (where available):
(a) Specified Points for checking in – through the Loyalty App – Points earned are limited to one check in at the Centre per day;
(b) Specified Points for birthdays – a Member earns Points when it is their birthday;
(c) Specified Points for referrals – where a Member refers a friend to the Loyalty App and the friend downloads and signs up to the Loyalty App;
(d) Specified Points for social sharing – where a Member shares the Loyalty App through social media through the Loyalty App – Points earned are limited to one social media sharing transaction per day;
(e) Specified Points for providing feedback – where a Member provides feedback via the Loyalty App on their customer experience in the Centre – Points earned are limited to each occasion when feedback is requested via the Loyalty App.
3.11 Milestone Points – Members may be awarded the specified bonus Points on the Loyalty App.
3.12 A Specialty Retailer refers to Participating Retailers which do not include a Major Retailer.
3.13 A Major Retailer refers to those Participating Retailers who trade as Coles, Woolworths, Woolworths Petrol, Aldi, David Jones, Myer, Target, Best & Less, Big W, Kmart, Mr Toys Toyworld,, The Reject Shop – where applicable in the Centre.
4. REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS
4.1 Staff from a Specialty Retailer and/or a Major Retailer are prohibited from earning points from their own store where they are employed.
4.2 To redeem Points for rewards a Member must click on the “REDEEM” screen on the Loyalty App and follow the prompts (Redeem Points).
4.3 The rewards available to be redeemed by Members (Rewards) will require a certain number of Points to be redeemed depending on the recommended retail value of the Reward (Value).
4.4 The Loyalty App Manager may offer Rewards available to Members. Where these Rewards are available, the Loyalty App Manager reserves the right to determine the number of Points Required at any given time.
4.5 The Rewards, the Value and the Points Required will vary from time to time and will be at the sole discretion of the Loyalty App Manager, who may change, amend or delete the Rewards, the Value and/or the Points Required at any time.
4.6 The Value is used only as a unit of measurement and does not necessarily correlate to the worth (in money terms) of a Reward.
4.7 The Rewards available for Members to Redeem Points will vary from time to time, subject to stock availability. Rewards will be items or products nominated by the Loyalty App Manager at its sole discretion. The Points required for each Reward will be displayed for each Prize in the Loyalty App.
4.8 After a Member has chosen a Reward on the Loyalty App and provided they have the Points Required, they must attend at the Centre’s management office or the Participating Retailer to redeem the Reward, which will be specified in the Loyalty App. The Member must scan the corresponding QR Code for the Reward chosen (which may be digital or printed).
4.9 By scanning the corresponding QR Code for a Reward the Points Required will automatically be deducted from the Member’s account on the Loyalty App.
5. DEALS
5.1 The Loyalty App Manager and/or Participating Retailers may from time to time offer deals to Members (Deals).
5.2 Deals are outside the core earning and redeeming function of the Rewards Program.
5.3 Deals can be accessed by Members through the Loyalty App home page and will be subject to change over time.
5.4 Deals will be limited to a certain number offered to Members to be redeemed or purchased within certain timeframes.
5.5 A Member may redeem a Deal by attending at the Participating Retailer offering the Deal, clicking the Deal they are claiming and scanning the Participating Retailer’s QR Code for that Deal.
Examples of Deals include: a discount on the Value of an item or a 2 for 1 voucher.
6. COMPETITIONS
6.1 The Loyalty App Manager may from time to time offer competitions to Members (Competitions).
6.2 Competitions are outside the core earning and redeeming function of the Rewards Program, and may or may not require Points to enter.
6.3 They can be accessed by Members through the Loyalty App home page and will be subject to change over time.
Examples of Competitions include: scratch and win or an Easter egg hunt using QR codes.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1 Apple Inc is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion, the Loyalty App or the Loyalty Program.
7.2 Google and Facebook are not participants or sponsors of this promotion, the Loyalty App or the Loyalty Program.
7.3 The Rewards offered for redemption by Members will not be Apple Inc products as Apple Inc provides no endorsement of this promotion in any way.
7.4 Members may opt out of the Loyalty Program, and/or the Loyalty App, and/or push notifications at any time by changing the settings on the Loyalty App or deleting the Loyalty App.
7.5 The Loyalty App Manager reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of Members (including a Member’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Members who fail to use the Loyalty App or participate in a Deal or Competition other than in accordance with these T&Cs, who tampers with the entry process, or engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Loyalty App.
7.6 The Loyalty App Manager’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Failure by the Loyalty App Manager to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7.7 The Rewards available at a Centre for Members to Redeem Points are at the sole discretion of the Loyalty App Manager and are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered and are subject to availability.
7.22 Members are allowed a maximum of one active Rewards account at any one time. In the event, a user signs into two or more separate accounts (belonging to the same individual) and participates in a competition or attempts to redeem a reward (or offer/deal), the reward, offer or prize will not be honoured. The Loyalty App Provider can block or delete additional accounts belonging to one individual.
7.8 If any Reward is unavailable for whatever reason, the Loyalty App Manager reserves the right to substitute the Reward for a reward of equal or greater value, subject to statutory requirements.
7.9 Persons under 15 years cannot participate in the Loyalty Programs.
7.10 The Loyalty App Manager reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Programs subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities where required.
7.11 Any warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Loyalty Programs remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Reward.
7.12 The Loyalty Programs are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
7.13 In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Loyalty App Manager reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Commonwealth laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty App.
7.14 The Loyalty App Manager’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Loyalty Programs is final and binding on all Members and Participating Retailers and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.15 The Loyalty App Manager and/or the Owner will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Loyalty App and/or any aspect of the Loyalty Programs, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
7.16 All participating individuals and retailers are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Loyalty Programs or receipt of a Reward (if any). If participation in the Loyalty Programs or receipt of a Reward involves a taxable supply being made, then the participating individual is responsible for paying any amount charged by the entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Loyalty App Manager does not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
7.17 The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Loyalty App is governed by these Ts&Cs and Loyalty App Manager’s privacy notice, below: The Mirvac Group complies with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 to protect the personal information Mirvac Group holds about individuals. Mirvac’s policy is to only collect personal information which is reasonably necessary for its dealings with the relevant individual. Mirvac only uses personal information for the purpose specified or which is reasonably apparent at the time the information was collected, or for a related purpose for which the individual would reasonably expect it to be used. Mirvac takes reasonable steps to protect personal information that it holds from unauthorised access, modification, misuse, interference and loss. Mirvac may sometimes disclose personal information overseas to allow external parties to perform their services for Mirvac but Mirvac will only do so in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. 7.18 Members accept and agree that their personal information will be collected for the purpose of:
(a) providing Members with the relevant product or service;
(b) managing and administering the product or service; and
(c) protecting against legislative breach where it is a financial management service.
The Loyalty App Manager may also acquire personal information to be provided in order to provide ongoing customer support or to improve the Loyalty App Manager’s services and marketing and promotional services to the Owner and the Centre.
7.19 All applications and sign ups by Members and any copyright subsisting in the applications and sign ups into the Loyalty Programs become and remain the property of the Loyalty App Manager.
7.20 All participating individuals consent to their personal information being entered onto a database, which may be made available to the Loyalty App Manager for marketing purposes relating to the promotion of the Centre and retailers located in the Centre.
7.21 The Loyalty App Manager reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Loyalty Programs and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Loyalty Programs.
7.22 Proof of Purchase may be required to Redeem Rewards in the Loyalty App.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GREENWOOD PLAZA THE GOOD DOSE PROMOTION
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in AEDT local time.
ELIGIBILITY
Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents (including international students residing in Australia) aged 18 years or over.
The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Mirvac Group or any of the tenants or retailers in any Participating Centre or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
This Promotion commences at 12:01AM on Monday 14 September 2026 and ends at 11:59PM on Sunday 18 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period will unlock access to The Good Dose reward mechanic via the Greencard App.
HOW TO ENTER
The Promotion will be conducted at Greenwood Plaza ("Participating Centre"). "Participating Retailer" means any retailer located at Greenwood Plaza, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. An "Ineligible Transaction" means any transaction that does not qualify as a valid receipt for the purposes of this Promotion, as further specified in condition 8 below.
To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
Spend $10 or more at any Participating Retailer in any single transaction during the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Spend"). For clarity, receipts cannot be combined to reach the minimum spend value. Each entry must be based on a single transaction receipt and each receipt may only be used once.
Access the Greencard App and follow the prompts to upload their receipt for Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose Promotion;
Upload a clear image of the eligible receipt and ensure the centre name, retailer name, transaction date and receipt value are visible and clear;
Ensure their Greencard App account details are complete and current, including full name and valid email address;
Submit the receipt upload via the Greencard App to unlock The Good Dose reward options, then select one available dose reward in accordance with the in-app instructions;
Follow the relevant redemption instructions for their selected dose reward. Some rewards may require the entrant to scan an in-store QR code or present the offer in-store before the reward is issued or redeemed.
Each valid Greenwood Plaza receipt upload submitted via the Greencard App will count as one entry into this Promotion and will also constitute an entry into the national Oura Ring Competition Promotion 2026, subject to the separate terms and conditions that apply to that national competition. For clarity, the Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose Promotion reward mechanic is separate from the national Oura Ring Competition Promotion 2026 prize draws.
The following receipts are not valid receipts for the purpose of the Promotion: (a) receipt(s) from non-participating retailers and Excluded Retailers; (b) receipt(s) recording bill and car park payments and prescription medicine, mobile phone recharge card, lottery ticket and tobacco and tobacco related product purchases; (c) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Promotion Period; (d) receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (e) ATM or EFTPOS receipts; (f) credit card or bank statements; and (g) receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts. The same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to stamp and/or photocopy each purchase receipt submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (i) limit of one (1) entry per Qualifying Spend; (ii) each receipt may only be submitted once; (iii) each entry must be submitted separately via the Greencard App; and (iv) rewards are subject to availability and may be limited to one dose reward per eligible receipt upload.
DRAW DETAILS
The draw for the national Oura Ring Competition Promotion 2026 will be conducted in accordance with the separate terms and conditions that apply to that national competition. Reward allocation for Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose Promotion will occur via the Greencard App during the Promotion Period, subject to reward availability and validation of the eligible receipt upload.
PRIZE
Total Prize Pool Value is valued at $10,000 AUD consisting of Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose rewards, including:
Connect Dose: buy one, get one free coffee; buy one, get one free pizza; or buy one, get one free drink at participating food and beverage retailers.
Glow Dose: $10 gift card to the entrant’s selected participating beauty, hair, nail, brow or grooming retailer.
Energy Dose: $10 lunch voucher at participating food retailers.
Joy Dose: $10 Greenwood Plaza gift card.
Calm Dose: $10 off massage at a participating massage retailer.
National competition bonus entry: every valid Greenwood Plaza entry submitted via the Greencard App also goes into the national Oura Ring Competition Promotion 2026 draw to win one of five Oura Ring 5 prizes, subject to the national competition terms and conditions.
Prizes are supplied by or on behalf of the Promoter and/or participating Greenwood Plaza retailers and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the relevant retailer, service provider or prize supplier.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Reward recipients will receive redemption instructions via the Greencard App and/or the email address linked to their Greencard App account. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their Greencard App account email address is active and correct. Winners of the national Oura Ring Competition Promotion 2026 will be notified in accordance with the national competition terms and conditions.
COLLECTION DETAILS
Greenwood Plaza The Good Dose rewards will be delivered digitally, redeemed in-store, or issued as a voucher or gift card in accordance with the relevant dose reward instructions. Any reward that is not redeemed within the stated redemption period, or by the end of the Promotion Period if no separate redemption period is stated, will be forfeited. Oura Ring 5 prizes will be awarded in accordance with the national competition terms and conditions.
GENERAL
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prizes and rewards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize, retailer and service providers. Rewards are available while stocks last and may vary by participating retailer. Specific inclusions, exclusions, redemption dates, service availability and booking requirements may apply to each participating retailer offer.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant in order to conduct the Promotion and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and as required to the regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Upon the entrant’s request, information provided will be removed from the Promoter’s active marketing database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. The “Promoter” is Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 65 003 342 452) of Level 28, 200 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, trading as Greenwood Plaza.
“Mirvac Group” means the Promoter, each of the Promoter’s related bodies corporate, each person with whom the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate is in joint venture or partnership, and each entity, trust, partnership or fiduciary arrangement (including each managed investment scheme) of any nature of which the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate has been, is or becomes the trustee, manager or responsible entity.

Information on how to apply forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Submission of an application to the Greenwood Drop Seller Program ("Application") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
1. Subject to condition 2, this Application is open to:
a. Australian residents aged 18 years or over; and
b. Individuals who are current subscribers to the Greenwood Plaza email database at the time of submitting their application, or who subscribe as part of the application process, as subscription and marketing consent is a condition of entry.
2. The following are ineligible:
c. Employees of the Promoter, the Mirvac Group or any of the tenants or retailers in the Participating Centre, or any of the Promoter's agencies associated with the application.
d. The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and
e. Any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to participate in the Promoter's programs.
How to Apply
3. The Application is open to eligible individuals wishing to sell at Greenwood Plaza, located at 36 Blue St North Sydney NSW 2060. ("Participating Centre").
4. To submit an application, eligible individuals must:
f. Access the official application form by scanning the QR code at Greenwood Plaza or visiting greenwoodplaza.com.au;
g. Fully complete the application form including full name, contact details, social media handle/s, brand or business name and description of products.
h. Submit the application form.
Selection
5. The Greenwood Drop will take place at Greenwood Plaza every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. The Promoter curates sellers based on brand type, product category, community engagement and overall fit with the Greenwood Drop program. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application within 5 business days of the application closing date.
6. Successful applicants will be required to execute a Seller Agreement and pay a holding deposit of $50.00 (inc. GST), donated in full Joy of Giving to confirm their participation. Additional Greenwood Drop dates may be offered subject to interest and availability.
7. The Promoter's selection decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding selection outcomes.
Submitted Content
8. As part of your application, you may provide links to your social media profile, online store or examples of your products or brand ("Submitted Content").
9. You acknowledge that:
i. Submitted Content will be reviewed internally by our team solely for evaluation purposes;
j. Submitted Content will not be published, shared externally or used for marketing without your separate written agreement; and
k. You retain ownership of your Submitted Content.
10. You warrant that:
l. You own or have the right to submit the Submitted Content;
m. The Submitted Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; and
n. The content does not breach any laws or contain unlawful, misleading or defamatory material.
General
11. Incomplete or illegible applications will be deemed invalid.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of applications and applicants, and to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.
13. If the Application is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Application.
14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
15. The Promoter needs to collect personal information about each applicant in order to conduct the Application and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors and service providers, as required. Participation is conditional on providing this information. If the applicant opts in at the time of entry, the Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing and research purposes. All personal details will be stored in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at www.mirvac.com/privacy-policy.
