Meet Tina, stylist and fashion blogger of Trash To Treasured, home of affordable style.
Here’s a little more about Tina …
Q) What do you love the most about your job?
The connection! I get to meet so many interesting people from different walks of life every day. The fact that I can help them feel the best version of themselves is the cherry on top.
Q) What is your favourite go-to outfit during lockdown?
Leggings, knit and checked coat and white sneakers. Looks somewhat put together but still very comfy. My go-to stores at Greenwood for these looks are Cotton On, Seed Heritage and Decjuba.
Q) Your go-to Picnic outfit?
My go to would be something like these Decjuba dresses: easy to throw on, long enough to sit in
And love these shoes too! Total look is around the $150 mark.
Q) What are you missing most during lockdown?
Little things like going to my parent’s place for dinner or catching up for a drink with friends.
Q) What is the first thing you will do when lockdown ends?
A staycation outside the 5km bubble!
Q) A celebrity would you love to meet?
Michelle Obama. Her book 'Becoming' was incredibly inspiring and she seems like she'd be up for a chat on the plane!
Q) If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Teleport for sure!
Q) What is the most embarrassing thing you've ever worn?
Thankfully I grew up mostly pre camera phone and social media, so I don't have photo evidence! But I went through a 'gangster' phase when I started to get into RnB and Rap music (huge baggy pants, oversized tees!).
Q) Where is your favourite spot in North Sydney?
So many! I love Blues Point Reserve for a walk or heading to the Greenwood Hotel for a drink.
Q) What is your favourite cocktail?
Q) How can people support your business?
Give my page @trashtotreasured a follow and grab my eBook: 'Pick Well, Style Often'. It's a step-by-step style session that will help you get it right with your current and future wardrobe!
Q) Is there anything you would love to share? I'm always up for a chat!
If you see me on a walk with my senior dog (he's 17!) do say hi. Love meeting the locals in North Sydney.
